2008 Ryder Cup Team
The drought is finally over, thanks to a gang of frisky underdogs who defied the odds and wrested a coveted golden chalice from their mighty foes. Led by six rookies loaded with grit and heart, Team USA defeated Team Europe with a gutsy singles performance on Sunday that gave the red, white and blue a Ryder Cup win for the first time nine years.

Adam Scott Masters
At the 2013 Masters Tournament, Scott emerged from the chasing pack on the final day to enter into a tie for the lead heading into the 72nd hole. Scott proceeded to birdie the 18th from a considerable distance, prompting wild celebrations as he looked to have won the title. It was Scott's first major championship and marked the first time an Australian has won the Masters. His victory moved him to No. 3 in the world golf ranking, equaling his career high ranking.

Farewell to St. Andrews Premier
THIS COLLECTABLE HIGHLIGHTS JACK NICKLAUS, ARNOLD PALMER AND TOM WATSON AS THEY TAKE THE WALK OVER THE SWILKEN BRIDGE FOR THE LAST TIME. PALMER IN 1995 NICKLAUS IN 2005; HIS LAST MAJOR TOURNAMENT COMPETITION. AND WATSON IN 2010. THESE HISTORIC PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWCASE THREE OF GOLFS GREATEST PLAYERS BIDDING FAREWELL TO ST. ANDREWS; THE HOME OF GOLF. Known as the road hole the 17th at St Andrews is arguably the most famous hole in the world. The tee shot calls for a 180-yard carry over dark green sheds with the aiming point over the Old Course Hotel sign. The risky play down the right earns a much better angle into the green with a drive down the left side bringing the deep Road Bunker into play to the left of the green. A over-hit approach brings a road-and a stone wall-will likely into play.

Green Jacket
"I got the idea when I was painting "Bushwood - A Tribute to Caddyshack'' in 2010. I just thought it would be cool to see Carl Spackler's dream of winning The Masters come true,'' O'Keefe said. The painting shows how it would have looked if Spackler's "Cinderella Story'' fantasy from the movie became a reality.''

In Step
Peter O'Neill presides over the largest artist-owned gallery in St. Augustine, Fla., posting sales of more than $500,000 a year, but success didn't come quickly or easily to the New York native. O'Neill's childhood dream was to become an artist, but he received little in the way of positive reinforcement. O'Neill could never shake the feeling that art was his true calling in life. O'Neill is entirely self-taught, a fact of which he is quite proud. For O'Neill, art is a communication between the viewer and the creator.

Phil's 2010 Masters
The 39-year-old made improbable pars out of the pines on the ninth and 10th holes, birdied the 12th and 13th the latter after a 205-yard approach from the right pines that may have been the shot of his career and coasted home from there to card a 67 and win his third Masters by three strokes over Englishman Lee Westwood (71).

Phil's Celebration
Mickelson's approach was good, his ball settling 18 feet from the cup. The slightly downhill putt snaked its way toward the hole, and dropped in. Mickelson leapt into the air, arms raised, legs akimbo, a look of joy on his face. Then he mouthed the words, "I did it!" to his caddie. He did it, indeed: Phil Mickelson was finally a major championship winner.

Phil's Masters Wins
His first major championship win came at the 2004 Masters, where he won with an 18-foot final hole birdie putt, defeating Ernie Els in a Sunday back-nine duel in which the two traded birdies and eagles back and forth. In addition to getting the "majors monkey" off his back, this made him only the third golfer with a left-handed swing to win a major. Mickelson captured his third major championship the following spring by winning the 2006 Masters. Mickelson won his second Green Jacket after shooting a 3 under par final round, winning by 2 strokes over his nearest rival Tim Clark. On April 11, 2010, Mickelson won the 2010 Masters Tournament with a 16-under-par performance, giving him a three stroke win over Lee Westwood in Augusta, Georgia.

Phil's Shot From The Woods
On the par-5 13th, Mickelson puts his tee shot into the Georgia pines. He's 200 yards from the pin, with Rae's Creek guarding the hole. So what does Phil do? Grips it tight and goes for the green, of course. He splits two upright pines like Adam Vinatieri and drops the ball three feet from the cup. Unbelievable. It was a classic shot, and it may well have won him the Masters.

Rodney Dangerfield
I painted him with his heavy golf bag, with the boxing gloves for club covers and the stereo that played Any Way You Want It by Journey. Hes also got his putter in front of him, the one with the sonar tracking. And hes in one of his classic poses from the movie, arms up, hands wide, his big eyes popping out. It is a more cartoonish image than my other Caddyshack work, but that seems to go with the character. Artist David OKeefe

The Big Three
The Big 3: David's tribute to legends Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Jack Nicklaus. They are depicted standing together on the 12th hole at the Augusta National Golf Course home of The Masters'' golf tournament during their heyday in the 1960's. The Big Three'' moniker was given to them by a sports agent when Palmer, Player and Nicklaus dominated the sport. While frequently competing for titles, the three became tested rivals and good friends.

Tiger Ball
This is the moment when Mail on Sunday photographer Mark Pain found himself in the line of fire at the Ryder Cup - and for a brief moment brought the mighty Tiger Woods to a juddering halt. Woods hit the ground behind the ball and duffed the shot straight at Pain. The man from The Mail on Sunday didn't flinch, however, and captured this extraordinary picture just before the ball hit his camera, bounced on to his chest and came to rest at his feet.
