GENERAL

Proofs guaranteed within 48 hours of receipt of purchase order with artwork.

All pricing in catalog is list pricing, unless otherwise noted.

There is a $75 minimum order (net pricing).

Personalization is available (when applicable) for $2 – $5 (net).

LINKS® VINTAGE WOOD

Due to natural variations and characteristics which occur in woods, such as grain, texture and color, slight variations in stain color and etching results may occur in finished products versus product images in this catalog. Actual sizes may vary slightly depending upon availability of raw materials (wood).

Whitewash wood products are produced per order. Whitewashing is a hand decorated process and finishes will vary.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production times are listed on most pages. Production time begins only after proof approval and does not include transit time from Cumming, GA to final destination (unless otherwise noted) NO EXCEPTIONS.

All art needed for order must be supplied when placing order.

All logo files must be in vector format (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf). Logos can be redrawn at a $75 minimum. Photographs must be in .jpg, .tiff, etc. and should be a minimum of 300 dpi at size of product.

Low quality photographs will result in low quality products.

THE FOLLOW TERMS WILL BE ENFORCED WITH NO EXCEPTION

RUSH FEES

Rush orders must be approved before submission and depend on items in stock and available.

10 day rush fee: $25 or 10% of order total (dependent upon greater total).

5 day rush fee: $50 or 15% of order total (dependent upon greater total).

Additions to existing orders in our system must be submitted as a new order.

REVISION FEES

1st revision is complimentary

2nd revision: $25

3rd revision: $35

Any further revisions: $75 each
